When nothing you try is working and life just isn't getting any better,
my horses and I can help.
Your session will start with increasing awareness of your body and emotions through a series of mental exercises and physical movements. When we have identified the day's concern, we will move to the barn. You will be introduced to one of our well-trained horses and you will be taught the skills needed to make improvements in your life. This could include anything from standing and talking next to the horse all the way to interacting with the horse in a small arena. All of our work will be done on foot, no riding. After some practice, we will return to the office and explore what you have learned and set our goals for the next week.
